Try it before you pay. Translating Ren'Py, Unity, RPG Maker and GameMaker games is free and does not need an account. You can see whether the tool works with your games before you spend anything.
14-day refund
If you are not happy with your subscription, ask us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
How to ask
Email support@ultra-translator.com from the address you subscribed with, or contact Paddle directly — they are the Merchant of Record and can process it. We aim to answer within two working days.
Renewals
A subscription renews automatically. If a renewal caught you by surprise and you have not used the software in that period, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. We would rather give the money back than keep someone paying for something they stopped using.
To avoid it happening again, cancel from your account page or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What is not refunded
- Payments older than 14 days, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
- Cryptocurrency payments. These cannot be reversed by us — the payment does not come back through a card network. Please be sure before you pay in crypto.
- Accounts whose licence was revoked for sharing keys or for fraudulent chargebacks.
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel that is wider than this policy. Nothing here takes that away.
